This page explains what information Humacat collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect very little, we use it to run the studio, and we never sell it.
We collect contact details to answer your messages, and analytics to improve the site and our products. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone.
The website may use third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools and email delivery services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and we choose providers that commit to data protection.
Our published apps may use platform services (e.g. app store analytics, advertising SDKs) governed by the respective platform's policies.
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted. Analytics data is anonymised and retained for up to 26 months.
You can request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page or by emailing [email protected].
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
For any privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
